Active Release Technique (ART)
ART is an advanced approach to treat soft tissue injuries. Repetitive stress, trauma or overuse can result in the buildup of scar-tissue and adhesions which hinder the movement and function of soft tissues (muscles, ligaments, tendons and nerves). ART is a non-invasive hands-on treatment that restores proper function to soft tissues, in the process eliminating symptoms of pain, numbness, weakness and decreased range of motion. Most soft tissue injuries resolve in a few number of visits with Active Release Technique.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic is a safe, non-invasive, natural form of health care for all joints of the body, including the knees, shoulders, hips, ankles, and spine. Joints often become fixated as a result of inflammation and scar tissue formation. Chiropractic care, especially in combination with soft tissue mobilization techniques like Active Release Technique or Graston, helps to restore joint motion and allows the joints to function optimally.

The above techniques are used when appropriate and in conjuction with each other to provide the best possible care for musculoskeletal injuries.
